I'm Mika and I'm honored to offer you this work. I'm a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, Certified Parenting Coach & Educator, & a Certified Life Coach.
I'm the mother of 4 daughters and I'm deeply passionate about the mother daughter bond. I've spent a decade researching and training in the areas of mothering, grieving, female embodiment, family trauma, and motherline investigation. I'm most dedicated to helping moms raise daughters into the fullest expression of themselves with their confidence solid and their self-love alive.
My own journey through grief began in my early 20's when my own mom died from cancer. Once I began the work in the grief recovery method I realized I'd had many losses that I had never grieved. This work has empowered to me unlock and untether myself from many experiences where I had emotional incompletion. The tools learned in this course can be used over and over again and can help us move forward in our lives with resiliency.
Here's what Julia, from Edmonton, AB says...
The grief recovery program Mika offers isn't just about grief. It's about relationships. Everyone should be taught this program, it will help every single relationship around you.
Here's what Monica from Friendswood, TX says...
I have been able to learn the strategies of helping children to deal with their loss, as well as to help myself. I was able to learn about STERBS, which can keep me from facing and receiving the healing that my children and I need. I was given the word to help communicate with my children, which was extremely helpful.
Here's what Katherine from Sullivan, OH says...
This program gave me many skills to try to help my daughters. It was worth every minute! I will be applying the techniques to my girls to help them with so many more losses that I hadn't even identified prior to my class! Thank you!
These skills can be of enormous value no matter what loss a child has experienced, including, but not limited to the loss of a parent, grandparent, sibling, a divorce in the family, a move, or even the loss of a pet.
Time alone won't heal their broken heart but the right actions will.
